This 20-hour workshop focuses on developing a preventive approach for identifying and controlling potential hazards in your facility and complying with industry and FDA regulatory requirements.
Attendees participate in interactive exercises to gain practical knowledge for applying preventive controls. Food safety prerequisites and the newly revised GMPs are reviewed as well as basic HACCP principles.
• You will receive a Zoom link to attend a 4-hour webinar prior to the live two-day training. Your connecting device must have a functioning camera.

The Manual is 400+ pages and can be a) downloaded free to use on your computer in class, b) ordered $40 from the bookstore (links will be provided) or c) bring your company's/co-worker's copy
Prerequisite: none, but GMPs (good manufacturing practices) knowledge is recommended.
